What is collected
When you enquire, Louise Jane MUA may collect your name, contact details, event date, venue, party size, service preferences and any information you choose to share. Confirmed clients may also add messages, reference images and documents to their private portal.
Why it is used
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, check availability, prepare a quote, manage a confirmed booking, plan timings, carry out the service and keep an accurate record of agreed details.
Private client links
Confirmed clients receive a unique private portal link. Keep this link safe because anyone with the link may be able to view the booking space. Louise can revoke and replace access if a link is shared accidentally.
Images and inspiration
Images uploaded to the portal are used only to plan and discuss your booking. Client photographs will not be used for marketing without separate, clear permission.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information held about you, subject to any information that must be retained for legal or accounting reasons. Contact hello@louisejanemua.co.uk with a privacy question or request.
Security
Owner booking records are held behind a restricted owner account. Uploaded files are stored separately and accessed through the owner account or the client's private booking link.
